--- Adam Walker skrzypszy: > Which methods have you used in your langs? Nothing particularly interesting, I'm afraid. In Wenedyk, nothing remains of the old Latin passive forms, except for the participle(s). The normal way to make a passive form is by using a form of the word "jeszer" (to be) in combination with the passive participle. However, it is not used that often. Sometimes reflexive forms are used instead, and in certain cases, impersonal constructions: Szy wol\ym jeszer rzykie, fali l\aborar grawie. If we want to be rich, we need to work hard. (lit. one must work hard, or: there must be worked hard). "Fali" is of course related to French "il faut". Jan ===== "Originality is the art of concealing your source." - Franklin P.
