Mr Bird is neither a carnivore nor a herbivore. Likewise, I have never been
in Peru, but Mr Person has. Likewise, Mr-And-Rosta-at-age-36 (ahem!
*Dr*-And-
Rosta) has never been in the USA, but Mr-And-Rosta has.
