I think the worldview aspect of 1-4 is carried by ka'u. I don't know why Lojban needs to support all the "should be shared" stuff. Claims about other people and what they believe are not knowable without omniscience, and Lojban has for the most part avoided speakers speaking other than for themselves except with the empathy attitudinal.
