I can't perceive any connection between ka'u and 1-4.

If people care about it enough then they can create an appropriate
set of UI cmavo.

I don't understand quite what you mean, but I don't want to get into
a discussion about what is knowable, and I will simply argue against
anybody who argues that Lojban has to subscribe to a particular
theory of epistemology.

Again, I'm not sure quite what you mean.

The question is, if I utter the jufra "broda", exactly what speech
act am I performing? Without explicit UI in the sentence, I think 
the answer should be as vague as possible, and certainly shouldn't
be some act highly specified within a particular epistemological
model.
