Yes. Consult the bnf for the details, but the short story is that
stag is a list of simple-tense-modals, each of which has any amount
of time/space guys (of which TAhE/ROI is below the time node)
followed by an optional cmavo from CAhA.
That's the difference, but I dunno which would be a better choice.
The CAhA choice probably actually makes more sense in that elsewise
we have to explain "foo ca'a" where foo means romu'ei. I simply
choose TAhE in my first one because it goes in the same place as
ROI in terms of the grammar.... actually that answers the first
point: we already *do* have to explain "su'omu'ei ca'a", because
it's grammatical with mu'ei in ROI.
