No, "ctake" has an unbound variable "e", so it has to remain within
the scope of its binder "le".

That should be "la ckta lo vloka plkoka'a" or "lo la ckta vloka
plkoka'a", otherwise your first "a" is not bound by the "la" of "la
ckta".
