Just ran into this web site of a linguist at Cornell:

It's got a whole bunch of notes on comparitive Latin grammar in PDF
form, as well as some bits and bobs for a book-in-progress called
"Language and Ritual in Sabellic Italy".
Cool stuff for anyone messing around with Latin variant conlangs!
