For the record, "nauseous" refers not to the (vamty)bilma, but to the

What does the final '= "loi"' mean?

But surely that's because your tap was not made so on purpose.  The fact that
a cliff face resembles a man does not make the man its referent, but the
statues on Mt. Rushmore do in fact refer to various American Presidents,
thanks to the efforts of Gutzon Borglum and his dynamiters.
