Have
you considered dumping aol?
From
my point of view it would save me a lot of effort if you did, in the long run,
because
every
time I reply to a message from you I first have to edit it, convert it to plain
text,

Yes when Outlook asks me whether I am really really sure I want to lose all the
lovely
html formatting, and then save it. I'm not
saying that you should dump aol for
my
benefit, just that I benefit if you do....

Yes, I can read the instructions,
but, since going to that spot will not take me to some place where I spend
money (and, since I will have had already to go through several other places
to get to the button in question -- I've discovered that slashes seem to
count), aol will dump me as soon as I hit GO.
