I think a wiki page is the best thing here, when you have a relatively
stable position. If it's non-wiki, then it's harder and more inconvenient
to find.

Reading back through a thread is difficult and time-consuming. I did it
recently when you asked me to, and I was tearing my hair out with 
frustration before too long, since the yahoogroups interface takes so
long and is so dysfunctional.
