Yes, that's good. It means that nu is tautologous even in a polyvalent truthvalue system that allows for greys (sort-of or degrees thereof) -- which is better than it meaning "either definitely yes or definitely no, but not sort-of", tho you could express that meaning using "la na some-but-not-all-a li xtntcsika fi bcdo'e".
If so, then "ca'u nu crvo'e", "Is it raining, I wonder?".

But also "cu" by itself should be defined as the yes/no question, with
whatever predicate gives the most neutral way to ask a question, so
that "cu crvo'e" is the plain "is it raining?"
