Decisions about the segment inventory and phonotactics of Xorban can wait a while, but I have been thinking that we should decide whether it will be bitonal, i.e. with Mike's scheme of having non-wordfinal syllables with hi tone and word-final syllables with lo tone. Some of the design decisions we're currently making are premised on Xorban being atonal.
