There are. Padraic already mentioned Jovian; another well-known case
in point is Breathanach. Google will lead you to more info about it.

I do recommend you to study some Vulgar Latin before you start
working on this conlang, though. I did before I started Wenedyk, and
I must say that I will never regret that. It's fun! A good starting
point could be http://www.orbilat.com .
