There is of course Meyer-Lübke's "Romanisches Etymologisches Wörterbuch", though it might be hard to find in Leftpondia. Also it can't normally be bought for money. I was fortunate to find and old edition in an antiquarian bookshop for the equivalent of 40 euros.
