  basically Arabic, with varying degrees of Romance and-or Slavic 
loans and imports.  it might end up being heavily Romance or even 
largely Romance with strong strains of Arabic.

  sorry; I was using a website that taught Serbian, and an English-
Arabic dictionary.

 unfortunately, at least at this early stage (this is my first 
conlang that's more than just haphazard scribbles), that's how I 
think.

 what I thought was that they'd have Quranic Arabic script, and 
they'd also have this concultural script.

 yeah, I was considering - even before I started Dar-al-Mar - asking 
you if I could look at Rumiya.

  with luck it should be there by now...I posted my notice to this 
list, then I'd gone and updated my website; apologies.
