Obviously, it shouldn't _sound_ French. The
accent is all wrong; but the phonology is fairly
close. I chose a phrase whose inventory of sounds
appears in both languages, so it might not be
fair to say how far off Pierre is. I can say that
Pierre has no concept of what accent marks do -
in Kerno, they mark stress and vowel quality
(when they're used at all).

Let's see. The most glaring thing was the heavy
handed ou- of ouigend (20); French doesn't seem
to have precisely the same "W". The first medial
"R" should be trilled, similar to rr in Spanish,
but of a shorter duration. [Initial Rs are either
a slightly trilled HR or else in the throat, like
French. Medial Rs are either trilled per Spanish
or are American. Final Rs are trilled or commonly
reduced to a flap that is often confused for L,
especially by English speakers.]
