I surely like your language! It reminds me mostly of Catalan, but there seem to be a lot of other influences too. Do you accidentally have a website on the language? Anyway, Cagláll looks like a quite elaborated language, and I get the impression that you know your language well. How many words do you have? In Wenedyk, I usually have to create one or more new words when I want to write a few sentences. Not that it is a problem, because many words generate themselves. What is the function of the different accents? Is there a culture attached to the language, and who are its imaginary speakers? And, indeed, how is it pronounced? Christian suggested X-SAMPA as a way to represent IPA characters in ASCII. It is commonly used among conlangers for the representation of the pronunciation of their languages.
