Father our this in the heavens. OK. Is it a voc a
nom or either? I suspect the ho goes with en tois
ouranois and refers back to pater.

Silly me! Lockwood has the PN in a number of IE
languages as a comparison. He gives páter, voc of
patér. That would indicate a 2s in the Latin
rather than a 3s.
