Something in ME, maybe. Better would be just quantifier plus LAhE/LE. And/or
something poi'i-like in NU.

{klesi be LE/LAhE-Kind} would be the full form that it would be nice to
have an abbreviation for.

I want (6) to generalize over all fractional quantifiers: "x (out of every
y) of".
