I think "will be", as one tense substitutes the other.
Also, I think "will have been" is {ba ba'o}, it describes a future
state.
{bapu} is a weird concoction which could refer to any time, past,
present or future, with an intermediate stepping stone that is hard
to relate to anything. {ca ko'e ko'a ba pu broda} does not mean
"ko'a will have been broda at ko'e", it means "ko'a was/is/will be
broda at ko'e".
