The term "average" should be deprecated in favor of the 3 mathematical and
well-defined terms. But if I posted their definitions here, they'd be lost
once more in the riptide, and the wiki is down, so I have created a page
that will provide helpful information for jboske, and reflect whatever
"decisions" we can arrive at.
