I agree with the spirit of all of these, but unfortunately
they are ungrammatical, as LE cannot take a sumti directly
the way LAhE does. However, it can take a quantified sumti,
so to fix them, just replace every {lu'a} above with {ro lu'a},
since {ro} is empty as inner quantifier.
(I assume that the reason that {le} can't take a sumti directly
is to allow us to say things like {le mi mapku}, meaning "my hat"
and not "the me is a hat", which would be its natural meaning.
This possessor sumti cannot be quantified directly.)
& IMO: loi broda = lu'o lo'i broda lei broda = lu'o le'i broda (The "IMO" is because I don't hold with the default piro/pisu'o.)
Ignoring the issue of default quantifiers, I would
say:
piro loi broda = (piro) lu'o ro lu'a lo'i broda
piro lei broda = (piro) lu'o ro lu'a le'i broda
pisu'o loi broda = (piro) lu'o su'o lu'a lo'i broda
pisu'o lei broda = (piro) lu'o su'o lu'a lo'i broda
In general:
pi Q loi broda = (piro) lu'o Q lu'a lo'i broda
pi Q lei broda = (piro) lu'o Q lu'a le'i broda
I think the defaults should be {piro lei} and {pisu'o loi},
as for {le} and {lo}.
