Jorge's explication of lo'e -- I'll call it lo'ei to avoid confusion -- rests on {buska lo'ei broda} = {siska tu'o ka ce'u broda} plus the fact that we know what sisku means, plus our ability to analogically extend this to all other brivla. I have problems with the final step. I understand {sisku} as meaning "I try to bring it about that da poi ke'a se ckaji tu'o ka ce'u broda zo'u mi co'e (usually 'find' or 'have') da". IOW, sisku creates an intensional context. So by this analogy, {lo'ei broda} would mean {tu'a lo broda}. But that is not what Jorge wants {lo'ei broda} to mean. --And.
