You're actually criticizing the imprecision of the word "plana". It's true that plana could be measured by girth, or weight. At worst this means I picked a poor example for my xoi'a'a sentence, not that xoi'a'a is itself imprecise!
I never said xoi'a'a was imprecise, I said it was too precise. First we need aspects like "incresing", "decreasing", "fluctuating" and such. "Increasing linearly" seems far too specialized, and in most cases I couldn't tell what it means. Is the paper yellowing linearly? First I'd have to know how to compare two yellowings at different yellows. We normally don't need such precision. mu'o mi'e xorxes _________________________________________________________________ Send and receive Hotmail on your mobile device: http://mobile.msn.com
