Well, the use of "le" *plus* the restrictive clause.  It seems to me that
"le nazbi be mi" and "lo nazbi be mi" are both infelicitous compared to
"le nazbi", since it is usually plain which nose is being talked of:

	le nazbi cu selcro
	The nose hurts [my nose]

	xu le nazbi cu selcro
	[True?] the nose hurts [your nose]

	doi siranos. le nazbi cu clani
	Cyrano, the nose is long [his nose]
