IIUC, it has frequency for the different senses of a given lexeme. That isn't itself a list of senses by frequency, but I guess you could manually build such a list out of WordNet data. It wouldn't be easy, tho. Suppose Xorban were going to express inchoativity by means of an inchoativity predicate: you'd have to search through WordNet finding every verb with an inchoative sense and adding their frequencies together. --and.
