[txeqli] Wanderin' off

Well, it's been fun, but I'm getting pretty busy with work, and I
don't see my Mandarin experience as adding much in the future, so I'm
signing off the Ceqli group.

I'll keep in touch with Rex and keep an eye on the Ceqli site.
