I have my own suggestion, though: Letters: â, b, t, þ, j, H, x, d, ð, r, z, s, ?, S, D, T, Z (or: Ð), ` (or: 3), G, f, q, k, l, m, n, h, w/û, y/î. Short vowel diacritics: a, i, u. Hamzas: independent or on alif - ' for use in vowelless transliterations: hamza on yaa - ï hamza on waw - ü Word-final and other weird things: alif-in-the-form-of-yaa - à taa marbuta - ä dagger alif - á I.E.: ismî mûsà. 'anâ Tâlib fî aljâmi`ä. darastu al`arabiyyä fii háðihi alsa`ä kull yawm. lâ 'urîd 'an 'aðhab lilbaSrä. al'îkûtûbiyûn majnûnîn. hal tafhamûn? `âlam "'ill baþisad" yajî' hunâ 'ayDan. -Stephen (Steg) "lala." ________________________________________________________________ Sign Up for Juno Platinum Internet Access Today Only $9.95 per month!
