I don't know from what century. I know a little bit of african Latin from the fourth century. I would love to read the texts you mentioned.

Medieval Latin got some arabian Words taken in the time of the Crusades. I could use them to give my Latin a north african flavour. Wikipedia got a good list and I found some in an dictionary. My favourite word is biabama meaning fixed star.
