All diphthongs in Jovian are falling, modeled after the Alemannic
ones.  Thus, we have /ej aj Aj  aw ow  i@ e@ y@ u@/, as well as
a syllable-initial consonant /j/ which is no longer treated as 
part of a diphthong.
