How would you derive a language name from Rhnus (The river Rhine)

in Latin? Rhn?
Note that the language name itself will be an adjective, not an
adverb. In fact, I find it hard to come up with a situation where you would need the adverb, since modern romlangs prefer things like "en franais" over *"franaisement". ;o)

As it happens _Romance_ as a language name, which AFAIK
actually occurred in Old French (though spelled _romanz_
or _romans_ IIRC) is derived from the adverb _Romanice_,
which extracted from the phrase _Romanice loqui_ was
taken as a noun.

"Maybe" is a strange word. When mum or dad says it
it means "yes", but when my big brothers say it it
   means "no"!
