Indeed - I take VL to be "more like Latin" and PR
to be "more like Romance". Sort of two points on
the continuum.

In Kemr New, obviously! ;))

They live up in the Rioplatense region of
Argentina, as I recall. Note that this Kemr New
is NOT a politically Kemrese colony and we have
absolutely no political control over that region.

Neither is it related to the �ther Kemr New, down
in Australasia, which is a Kemrese dominion.

The KN in Argentina is Pete Skye's contribution
to IB.

Indeed. He is part of the relay, I think. Perhaps
I can ask him to pop into Conculture, or even the
otherwise quiet Celticonlang, to help work out
some of the history.
