It's 2pl - it comes from the Spanish endings -áis, -éis, -ís. I guess
the /i/ merged with the /s/ in the same way that in English (at least
my dialect) |sure| is pronounced with an initial /S/ that developed
from /sj/.

So, the endings are -ásh, ésh, ísh in Ladino?

I'm pretty sure. But once again, my Disclaimer: i decided to take Comparative Semitic Linguistics instead of Introductory Ladino, so all of my knowledge of Ladino comes from not a lot of unsystematic experience, not from any serious study of the language.
