Hi!!! I've got the task for Sociolinguistics... I need to collect and analyse some data. I made a little questionnaire, fill it, please! But you need to fill ALL the fields. You need to write ALL languages you know, even if you know it a very bit... Write your native language!!!! Provide levels of the language knowledge and usage as I wrote in RANKING before each table. To those, who doesn't know Hebrew at all, put zero. I promise that I won't use this information like personally your. I'll create all kinds of tables without participants' names! The field "name" is there only to differ the questionnaires between themselves. You don't need to write your Second name! Write your age, It's extremely important! If you have something to add or to comment or any questions - you're always welcome! There're empty fields - you may fill them if you have ideas. You can pass it to your friends, relatives...
