French questions

I'm about to borrow a few more French words into C-a
and I need to know a couple more infobits about
historic pronunciations of French. When did the "s"
in words like "esmocion" and "esmover" go silent? Was
it still pronounced as late as the 13th c.? Also how
was the "c" in -cion pronounced at this time?
Finally, what would the 16th-17th c. pronunciation of
"sentiment" have been?
