I'm far from proverbial, not particularly shy, definitely not a physicist, and maybe be bit geeky, but still: neither would I. Myself, I am attractive only to a very specific type of women (the kind that enjoys the company of people with lots of weird knowledge, generally), and strange enough this is exactly the only type of women that can really attract me. And this is usually not the kind of women that would say "Yes, let's go!" to the aforementioned proposal anyway. > unless the girl were to show some clear signs of sexual > interest herself, which in my experience is just another > way of saying "never ever". I get thrown into the "buddy" > category right away. Me too. Hey, but there is nothing wrong with that! On the contrary, I don't believe very much in relationships that were romantic/sexual from their first. The most important basis for a solid relationship should be friendship, not hormones. > > No, it's more like this: [SNIP] > > You have too much time on your hand, and watch too many > kitschy movies. Ha, if this is really the stuff kitschy movies are made of, then apparently either kitschy movies aren't that bad after all, or my own whole life has been one long kitschy movie itself. Unfortunately, I have nót too much time... :( > Maybe it would be best to continue this > thread over on romanceconlang among the other dating > stories... Hmm, there's an idea! Jan
