Romance triplet

A fairly nice example of a Spanish triplet, from Latin REGULA 'rule':

1. reja (popular/inherited) 'fence, barrier'
2. regla (semi-learned/inherited-remodeled) 'rule'
3. regular (learned/borrowed) 'regular'

Technically the third member is from Latin REGULARIS.
Kudos to Dorothea Salo for this example.

Assent may be registered by a signature, a handshake, or a click of a computer
mouse transmitted across the invisible ether of the Internet. Formality
is not a requisite; any sign, symbol or action, or even willful inaction,
as long as it is unequivocally referable to the promise, may create a contract.
