here i think it should be "lufudi" for "among" because the "sengo" is not YET among the "lungo":  "lufudi" links to "buncenfoy", not "sengo".

that would be different of course.
but leaving the sentence as it is in katanda, the meaning is still strange, i think. just try to change the word order: "please, among that fleet of government automobiles, stop the limousine." i think the aim is that the limousine should stop among that fleet of governement automobiles, so the the listener is asked to stop and to "among" the limousine.
one possiblity to express this could be:

dwiva lufudimboy sengo lungo niju te gecango te gebisto buncenfe sehi.

but i don't like it. maybeee...

dwiva buncenfoy sengo potsande lufudinda sehi lungo niju te gecango te gebisto.

what do you think?
