It just occurred to me that the proper name "Kaxtebyo" is not valid
because "xtebyo" is not a valid root (it starts with a consonant
cluster). If you wish to use "xte", then it must be bracketed:
Ka<Xte>byo
But if your using brackets, then why not do it right:
Boyka<Stefan>byo

However, since "Stefan/Steven/Stephan/Stephen" is relatively common, I'm willing to allocate a real proper name for it. How about "Kasetibyo" or "Kasetifabyo"? Let me know what you think.
hm. so steven and i have the same name and "stephan" is just a translation into german of "steven"? then we could ask him as well. steven, what do you think?
there is steve, steven, stefan, stephan, steffen, so always stef or stev.well, i'd say "kastebyo", and i'd say that everything between between ka- and a name classifier is valid, even tho "ste" is a classifier (but ste isn't a name classifier).
as you are not interested in complicating the machine translation, well, i'd say something like...
"kasetibyo" (in english, the /e/ in st/e/ven is /i/ in katanda). hm.
Keep in mind, though, that translation software will translate the name into the most common equivalent in the target language. For example, "Kamaryabyo" will be translated to English "Mary", French "Marie", Italian "Maria", and (perhaps) Japanese "Mariko". To guarantee the original spelling, you MUST use brackets.
