I think so, since atemporality -- independence from the facts of particular
worlds and times -- is in the very nature of Kinds.

It is true, though, that Kinds (like Mr Phone-Number-of-John) can change,
though, so I will have to ponder this.

That's not how I see it. I'd see it in terms of overlapping avatarage,
with subkind being a relation independent of worlds.
