I believe it was "rosu'ono"?  I think Nick suggested it?  Dunno...

But that requires that ro by itself be nonimporting.

{su'ono} is the tautology quantifier. {su'ono broda cu brode} is
always true. {su'ero} is another version of same.

The contradiction quantifier (always false) is {me'ino} or {za'uro}.
