An enumeration of the members. IIRC this solves the problem of differentiating between a set of sets with one member and the member itself (le'i broda is a singleton member of a set in x3 and a description of the set in x2)
And what is the point of having a place for the set and another for the mass derived from the same set?
Logical conversion, disambiguation between set and mass as to which of them that we mean when we use "mei".
The Right definition of {mei} should have two places, with the second place being either a property or (better) a Kind. So {lo cimei be le ka prenu}, or {lo cimei be lo'e prenu}, for "a threesome of people". How do you say that using the official definition?
lo cimei be fi ci lo prenu or maybe (because I don't recall the 4th place being added) lo cimei be fo lo'i prenu lojbab -- lojbab lojbab@hidden.email Bob LeChevalier, President, The Logical Language Group, Inc. 2904 Beau Lane, Fairfax VA 22031-1303 USA 703-385-0273 Artificial language Loglan/Lojban: http://www.lojban.org
