Two lojbans would suffice, I think. One based on minimizing change,
on one based on the evolving consensus about what is the best
design (unfettered by aversion to change).

The nonfundies generally agree with one another, so those who
say "screw Standard Lojban, I'm doing things my own way" are
in the long run not doing things in a different way from others
who say the same thing.
