{mi djica piroloi (ro) mikce} differs from {mi djica lo-Unique
mikce} only in that the latter says you want the one and only
doctor-shaped doctor and the other says you want the one and
only gang of all doctors.
I think I would say lo-Unique if I wanted a single doctor,
and piroloi if I just needed medical attention. And if I
wasn't sure whether there are any doctors, or wanted to
avoid you taking me to be making a claim about the existence
of doctors, I would switch to le-versions:
le du be ro mikce
lei du be piroloi mikce
