I mentioned these examples to show that it is possibly incorrect to be treating 'fractional quantifiers' in terms of ordinary fractions. The point is that it's normal English, because the way English fractional quantifiers work is not by calculating the total number of members of the set but by calculating how many per randomly selected 100 have the property. That is, "50% of integers are even" is taken to mean "one in every two integers is even". --And.
