Yes, I see that you're right. 

Now it should be possible to define a tense cmavo in ROI in such a
way that {PA <tag> <sumti>} means 

   "ze'a da PA roi <sumti> poi da kuspe ke'a"

or 

   "ze'a da PA roi ro se ckaji be <sumti> be'o poi da kuspe ke'a"

... which would basically give us a cmavo meaning "n times per x".
