Definition: Meanwhile[-u] F => L-v Event-v F concurrent-v,Sth[,u]

Nice, but not yet enough:  are (incredibly) "meanwhile" and "concurrent" predicates?   "sth" is presumably a quantifier phrase of some sort, and other pieces are just scattered about (part of that old problem of not distinguishing connectives from quantifiers from predicate makers from whatever else is floating about).

The purpose of putting that definition here was not to make an actual proposal on translating "meanwhile" into Xorban.  Its purpose was just to give a plausible illustration of what this list would look like if we pursued And's idea of Nonphonological Xorban (i.e. Englishy FOL).  The notation given was ad-hoc; I explicitly mentioned that it would be desirable to formalize it.  Nevertheless, I thought that simple example would have been clear enough.  If it isn't, then maybe Englishy FOL is not so advantageous.
