Apparently I find myself in the midst of theoretical scientists and philosophers, because I can't imagine engineers or experimental researchers worrying about harm or shame in building a prototype and hammering on it a bit.  I think that we are using the data from the LoCCan1&2, but the simple fact of the matter is that Xorban is based on such a radically different design that we are effectively sailing in uncharted waters.
