Maybe it's what we call "futuro do pretérito" ("future of the past") in Portuguese, where its verbal form is identical to the "conditional mood", but the meaning is different.
It's easy to understand those kind of verb times (I'm not sure if "tense" is appropriate here) if one realizes that any story being told now can be retold one year from now with all its verb times displaced to the past.
My s-particles define reference points and my h-particles define "arrows" (intervals). Nothing prevents one from using two reference points, one subordinate to the other (as defined by their order of appearance), in order to make "future of the past", "past of the future", "future of the future of the past of the present", etc.
The retrofuture would be achieved with "sei-hoi" or "sei-soi".
