"la bcda ca fgjo'e klmo'e" would have two readings: sentence "la bcda () klmo'e", with inserted parenthetical "ca fgjo'e", or sentence "la bcda ca fgjo'e" followed by new sentence "klmo'e".
I'm too inured to thinking about Livagian, and sometimes fail to stop to consider whether Xorban differs. At any rate, Xorban evidently either needs a begin-parenthetical marker or can't have parentheticals. For the time being, I would opt for it not having parentheticals. Obviously the complementless illocutionaries are not a problem, and can be stuck in the middle of another sentence. --And.
